So far so good! Monday is my easy day (no afternoon classes), so I came home, changed, and went immediately do the gym: 5 min warmup on the elliptical, full body ST, then sprinting intervals on the treadmill.. total workout time: 1 hour.
Stayed in calorie range and ate well.
Breakfast: Leftover Mexican chicken and beans on rice w/ 1/2 avocado.
Snack: 1 Apple and a bit of granola. Green tea.
Lunch: Spinach zucchini soup & low-sodium sausage.
Snack2: Protein shake with almond milk, blueberries, and 1/2 a banana.
Dinner: Butternut squash pasta sauce and ground turkey breast over gluten-free penne with a side salad.
I weighed exactly 350.0 today (down 0.8 lb), so tomorrow should be the day I get back into the 340's :) FOR GOOD, this time!
