Getting back on track/Sept Goals

Well I have once again done nothing with my health/fitness. I am back once again to try and make some changes. I have really got to get in gear and start improving my life.
There have been some significant changes this year in my personal life, buying a new home, starting a new job. I have been using these things as EXCUSES!!!!
So here are my September goals:
~Drink more water (at least 4 glasses) for me that is a HUGE improvement. I have already had 2 this morning and it is only 10:30am.
~Bring my lunch to work – I have a horrible habit about this. I usually get out.
~Get some kind of fitness at least 3 times a week. Even if it is only walking the 3 flight of stairs in the parking garage instead of taking the elevator.
Hopefully I can stick with it. I am putting a sticky note at my computer at work so I can remember these things!!!
