Small changes = big results, I'm proud of me :)

So, I did it. I stuck to my goals...even some goals I never wrote down & my determination, will power and hard work resulted in a number drop on the scale (-4lbs on one scale -5lbs on another) & much more than that is how good I feel. Mind, body and soul!
I chose green tea over large dbl dbl's all week. I drank a minimum of 64oz of water a day. I documented my intake. I had a shake for breakfast every day. I enjoyed a well balanced lunch & dinner. I didn't eat after 7:30pm not even on my cheat day. And speaking of cheat day, I didn't reach for any sugar filled snacks. I went to the gym. I went for a run outside, in a community I'm new to. I got to bed earlier. I jumped on the trampoline with my kids. I shared my goals with others. I rewarded myself with a magazine!
My goal for this week is to do everything I did last week, only I want/need to incorporate more body moving :)
I can and I will.
