Held the line this week - no gain, no loss.
I kept my streak alive today at 250 - a 10 minute walk outside around the neighborhood. At about the halfway point, I started hearing thunder and getting splattered with a bit of rain. That put a bit of oomph in my steps...
Beat the rain (and thunderstorm) home (and cut about a minute off my 1/4 mile time) and walked to the neighbor's fence and back to get in the full 10 minutes. I may do 10 minutes of WATP tonight as I had planned to do the route twice.
My eating has improved a bit, I was within my range three days and a few calories above on two others. Now to get within range all seven days!
I did cut back on the salty stuff and my legs are looking better.
Sleep issues are continuing -- I was doing fairly well until the night I just wasn't sleepy when it came to bedtime. So, that one was a really short night (4 hours - can you say "zombie"?). I have done better on getting ready for bed earlier.
I've done quite well on the water, getting over eight glasses on a couple of our hotter days. In addition, I have been drinking diet cola (more than normal and more than I should).
I didn't get in the tree trimming and mowing, it was way too hot on my day off and now it has been raining and we live in gumbo-land.
Next week --
Drink the water.
Cut back on the diet cola.
Eat within calorie range.
Keep the exercise streak going.
Work on the sleep issue.
Finish mowing the yard after trimming the tree if the yard is dry enough.
Do some clutter clear.
