From The Free Dictionary by Farlex

I am grateful for a supportive husband. He supports me in my endeavors of weight loss. He has been most supportive through my period of unemployment, and also through a trial of trying to sell insurance. The insurance thing really didn't work out, but my husband supported me through the effort I gave. But most of all, I am grateful that he supports my diet efforts, and has adapted to the change in cooking, and also seems to like most of the new recipes I try.

I am also luck to have sisters involved in SparkPeople, and the encouragement and support I get from them is priceless. SparkPeople is a wonderful website, and I am grateful that it is free! Especially since I have been unemployed. On the same note, I am thankful for all my Spark friends. Words of encouragement are always welcome!

Happy sparking friends and family! I am grateful for you all!

And we are grateful for you, Windy!! Yeah, the husbands do seem to "go with the flow" when it comes to changing what we eat/cook. I know for me, my husband's just glad he's eating.... And guess what? By default, the whole family benefits!! Love ya!

I'm totally with you on how great it is to have family support. I have both a brother and a sister who have joined me here on Spark, but all my siblings, on or off Spark (our parents have passed) are supportive of one another developing healthier habits. And it means a lot: no one giving pressure to "just this once" not follow your program.

Great blog... and gratitude is a wonderful G word choice.
