Tuesday: Slide n'Glide Cardio drills + Shiva 1st half of Yoga for Beginner's
Wednesday: Cathe Athletic Step + Shiva 2nd half of Yoga for Beginner's
Thursday:
Friday: Cathe Low Max
Saturday: MMA Boxing
Diet plan:
1. At least 1 coconut drink/day
2. At least 1 green smoothie/day
3. Drink only lemon water or plain water
4. 1300-1400 cal/day
5. Bring lunch to work
6. Eat South Beach style
Meditate 1x/day
Supplements: Billberry, fish oil, and gymnema sylvestre
I need to buy some more lids for my Magic Bullet so I can take my drinks with me in the car. I need to buy a new scale the old one is dead. Its time to go to the Bed Bath and Beyond. I am feeling lust in my heart for juicers but I don't have the room.
