parkrun is so friendly

parkrun #25 of 30 back on home territory. A time of 36:43 and a chat with a lovely lady on her second run. I ran 2k without stopping to walk, then did the circuit with only three x 10 second walks. My mid-week aerobics class had concentrated on lots of squats, and I could feel the effects. Hopefully the results will pay off next week.

I'm doing great on my running target, but am failing at my fundraising target. Any suggestions, folks?

    Hi well tip on the fundraising would be:

    a. Increase the font size of the link you provide... I almost missed it (and am generally cautious about clicking on links). Maybe say a bit about the link e.g. that folk can give via paypal, don't have to leave a name etc or can sign the donation with their sparkname etc.
