I know it's not a lot but I've been at a stand still for a while. I walk daily, I kinda thought I was watching what I ate. So it was discouraging. But the thing is, I was not really conscious of what I was eating and not pushing myself by only walking casually. For the past few weeks I've been eating the same foods but I pay attention and I stop when i'm full. And when I go out for my walk, I pay attention but use just the opposite strategy. I don't stop when I feel just a little tired, I pick up the pace, I jog, I add extra miles. And my conscious effort has paid off by finally getting the scale moving in the right direction again. Feeling good emoticon
