Weekend Challenge #2 - Goals for BLC23

My goals for the 12 week season of the BLC23 are as follows:

1. To run 1 mile non-stop
2. To continue to do cardio 3 days a week (T, W, F)
3. To continue to do strength training 2 days a week (T, Sun)
4. To start doing Pilates/Yoga one day a week (Sat)
5. To track my food intake daily
6. To drink 8 cups of water daily

    Great goals! I'm working up to running a mile straight, too, but I didn't think to include it in my goals.
