When I started SP I forced myself to walk 10 minutes a day on the treadmill. Now I'm walking 8-10K steps a day. It's so addictive. And it's nice being able to walk outside in this great weather. I admit I'm not looking forward to winter and the treadmill again, but I think I'm addicted enough to continue throughout the year. Hang in there! 1717 days ago
