Spark coach blog assignment.

When it comes to exersice I am really good at finishing a work out, but I need work on actually getting started. Once I start a work out I want to keep going. It's difficult for me to actually get started. I joined spark coach in hopes that I can get more motivated.

    if you can early in the morning just start with one of the SP exercise videos the rest will just fall into place. Make a streak of it

    I have that same problem. Some of my better workouts happened when I was really not motivated and deciding to skip it. Then I would decide to just do a 10-minute spark video or just 15 minutes on the elliptical or take the dog for a quick walk.

    Those things usually led to then going for a run or staying on the elliptical longer and getting some strength training done too.

    Take small steps each day and they may lead you where you want to be.
