Hi my SP friends,
Right now I'm sitting at work (wishing it were quitting time) and thinking about how healthy I've been eating these last two month. I should be pleased with myself, but instead, I'm a bit down. My feelings, that is, not my weight!! How can you eat the right things, less than you were eating, work out with a trainer, and still the weight is there? I really thought I could shed about 15 pounds before my BIG vacation in a couple of weeks. I don't understand how my body is working.
Well, if anyone out there has something encouraging for me, please send me a message.

It's so frustrating when you work your butt off and nothing happens. Remember that not all gains come on the scale. But I know, it's frustrating as hell.

Good luck getting that scale moving soon!

If you are eating healthy, in your calorie range, and working out, the pounds must leave your body sooner or later. The important thing is that you move forward toward a healthier and thinner goal.

Sometimes we choose a diet just for the MEANTIME from now and a certain event, thinking that our body will fulfill our expectations to fit into the dress we are prepared to use for the big event. Unfortunately, also, sometimes we want to use our bodies to impress other people.

I think that we need to change our expectations. Actually our body is a vehicle that we have to express life. We need to keep our vehicle in the best conditions possible, if we want to use it smarter, by giving it good nutrition and exercise.

We need to take care of our body.
