How to do everything n find the time

Ok hubby quit his job overseas and is now home for good...this being said I loose weight the month he is gone and gain it back while he is home....now that he is home I'm feeling doomed so far has been home a month and have gained back five lbs putting me back at 215 last I checked afraid of looking... Their is no time to exercise... Dax stays up all night I get about two hrs of sleep after the other kids ( 3 of them)go to school while Dax sleeps n before britten (3) wakes up and then it's time to make Brit and Dax breakfast Dax has to be hand fed and watched (has eating issues) so this takes up at least an hr then it's time to start fixing lunch and cleaning up house before hubby comes in for lunch while he is home (works on rentals) I use this time to run to grocery store or whatever errands need to be done. And to get home as fast as I can so he can go back out only to try to get Dax to eat n go to his room to take a nap as this is when I can go downstairs to clean up. ( depending on his mood this doesn't always happen) by the time this is all said n done its usually time for others to come from school make them snacks do homework make dinner get kids bath this goes til about nine then time for Dax meds and then me n hubby take turns staying up with him and it all starts again so this is my typical day so when someone tells me to find the time I'm at a loss as to where to start...any suggestions.

    Before anyone asks lol I was cooking n feeding kids while typing feeling frustrated ....better now downstairs on treadmill mom called right when I got on wanting me to take her to town for yarn....wasn't happy when I told her not today...feeling impowered but I'm sure the guilt trip is going to follow soon
