Well, I've been forgetting about this logging and tracking and blogging a bit lately. Admittedly it's been a little bit of slacking in all areas, but not a total bust.

I've gone back up to somewhere between 150 and 155. Can't say for sure where because the scale keeps fluctuating and I never get on it at the same time. Either way, not too terrible of a gain back, but still not a habit I want to continue.

The one thing I have still done is continue the running. I've made it to running a full mile and a half. Now I just have to keep going. I'm going to do another week of mile and a half, then up it goes by a little more, just to push the buttons and see if I can. I think I can, just by how quick I recover after the mile and a half, but I'm going to make sure before I push myself that far.

And I do have to watch what I eat a little better. It's been slowly getting better, but there's still some crap food in there more than it should be. Going to try and get it down to once a week instead of as often as it is.

In other news, having Mr. I Run Four Miles for Practice as a boyfriend really has been great motivation to keep running. And he's encouraging when I so much as get my mile and half in, which is nice. Someday I may be able to catch up to him. Then it's time for half marathon and marathon training.
