Well I weight exactly what I did last week, 208.6. But I had wet hair and, um, hormones going against me when I weighed in this morning, lol. I'm ok this week. I walked 1 day and logged 1.34 miles for charity miles in just 30 mins! I also danced 3 days this week and plan to dance my butt off at the Little Big Town concert tonight!
All-in-all it's been a good week weight and exercise wise! Now for some motivation!
