Time to re-examine my program & compliance.

I've been way off-plan for about a month. I haven't gained back the weight, but this is not sustainable, and the weight will come back if I continue to sabotage myself.
Today might be a good day to make better plans. I woke up with a sugar hangover from eating sweets last night. When I didn't eat sugar, I didn't feel like this.
I think I need to get back to my old, good habits.

    I understand your sugar hangover....I find if I eat sugar I am waking up at night with heartburn and chest pains....I think I do best when I just plain don't eat the darn stuff...

    Hi, boy o boy can I relate. That is exactly how I have been feeling. I went off track when I went camping on Aug 5, and have been having a very hard time since. I wasn't tracking because we had no service, and how easily I fell back into old habits. There is a reason I noticed your blog today. Thanks, it was exactly what I needed.
