This girl's journey is amazing. She follows a paleo diet and 80+ lbs fall off! I'm not ready to go paleo (read: bread, beans, dairy and whole grains are more important to me than looking thinner) but I love the day at a time shots. Maybe they are only a week at a time with the same clothes, but it shows.

The most resounding advice she gives is that all you have is Today. Your whole method must be about Today only.

So I'll do Today and maybe start cataloguing pictures.
