Keep on Keepin' on

So I have been out of sorts due to the fact my oldest/babysitter moved out. I have not been to the gym in a couple-few months. I'm feeling bad that I can't work out like I want to. So today I tried Tai-Chi. Just the basics, how to stand, posture, etc. Tomorrow I will actually do the full video. If that doesn't work, I am going for yoga. At least I will be doing something. Trying to figure out what to do with my child so I can go to the gym in the mornings. I just need to keep active!

    You need not go to the gym to exercise. Sparkpeople, YouTube, FitSugar (to name a few) have some great quick routines that can be done virtually anywhere with little to no equipment. And, no matter what the exercise, all can be done at beginner level if you are new to it or recovering from an injury, etc.


    No Excuses.
    JUST DO IT.
