Hey everybody! Hope everyone is doing well emoticon I have been gone a while sorry and I have been very busy trying to get stuff done around the house and fixing up my bike getting ready for the end of summer! It has been raining a lot here and so I went to my local REI and invested in some planet bike fenders and some flashing lights and a very cool mirror that attaches to your helmet so that you can see behind you emoticon . My sons bike trailer also got a flat two days a go so I finally learned how to patch a bike tube, which was really confusing at first then once I got a hand of it it was pretty easy emoticon

Today I did a 60 minute run! I haven't ever gone more then 30-40mins at a time but I had some extra time to kill and decided to push myself and go longer. I feel really great completeing that and found out after viewing my garmin results that whitin the miles that was jogging and speed walking my pace was much faster then the miles where I was just jogging straight..something to think about ... emoticon emoticon

I also have been watching a lot of freele the banana girl on youtube and I thought that her eat raw till 4 and high carbs for dinner was a great idea and I have been following this past week however I also cheated and had other foods but my last two days were pretty good. I like not having to worry about calories and just eating raw but I'm not 100% sure if it really help to get my weight down...I do feel good though...what do you guys think have you seen her videos? I will include a link here:
