Yesterday I did track all my food and I came up about 400 calories short of my range. I know that eating too little can lead to a binge so today I ate a bigger breakfast and lunch so that I won't be too full or too hungry at dinner time tonight. I didn't do my strength workout. I was planning on taking a walk instead but then a bunch of things came up and I ended up being very tired at the end of the day and I did no exercise. I realize that I need to do my workout in the morning so that I don't have to try to motivate myself after a long day. I also did not get my 8 cups of water. I tried to quickly drink the last 3 cups before bed but my stomach just couldn't hold that much so I ended up getting 7 cups. The only goal I met was posting on the message boards.

Goal for today:
track all foods
drink 8 cups of water
take a 10 minute walk
post 5 times on the message boards (1 time already)
