An “I Don’t Wanna” Blog for the start of BLC 23

I need to lose at least 12 pounds. Fifteen would be better. That’s a pound to a pound and a quarter a week. Yes, it’s manageable and doable. But I’ve been saying that for the better part of a year and it has yet to happen. Will this be the magic time I actually get there?

I’m also shooting for 9,000 yards a week in the pool. That will be easier than the weight loss.

Yeah, I REALLY don’t wanna. But here they are.

We won’t discuss numbers. I’ll just say that since June I gained everywhere except my upper arm (stayed the same) and my thigh (lost a half inch). That’s swimming for you.

I have a visitor to my back porch. I wonder what his measurements are? He’s certainly in better shape than me.
