Day 3

Day 2 ended with a 30 minute workout on the Wii Fit followed by a 3 mile walk. Surprisingly I wasn't ready to die till 2 blocks from home.
Today I am having dry frosted flakes for breakfast and probably the same for lunch. Dinner is pork roast with lots of veggies and corn bread (without, gasp!, honey and butter) then off to my second job. I have a day job M-F so during my free time at that job I will be doing a 2 mile walk in 35 minutes. I can't really do anything more strenuous than that because I can't disturb the other people in my building. When my Hip Hop Abs FINALLY gets here I will be doing that in the morning, WATP 2 miles at work, workout on the Wii and hopefully another workout before bed. The days I am off from the night job and Saturday and Sunday will have a 3 mile walk instead of the other workout.
I also made sure that yesterday my daughter took my before picture that had me in clothes and this morning I took the before picture in my undies. THAT one is just for me so I can see where I am losing the weight. Both pictures will be retaken every 30 days.
