Day Three Check In

Ok, so I am doing the Advocare 24 day challenge to help get me motivated. I am on day four today. Yesterday was a pretty good day- did my morning workout and ate within my calorie range again (that's three for three!) I have been getting up in the morning and going to the gym which is tough but I am determined to do it at least three days a week! I didn't go this morning because my boyfriend was working and I couldn't leave my son- but I have crossfit today after working (both jobs). I am already feeling sore from the crossfit on Tuesday which I know means body is changing. I am hoping that after crossfit I can do one of my Yoga videos to help with the soreness. I have been having 11 glasses of water a day (recommended with this program and supplements because of the fiber and such. I am doing my best to get in as much as I can and I am proud of my results so far. I have been visiting the bathroom quiet often but its a small price to pay :) I havn't officially weighed myself.- they suggest waiting until the ten day cleanse is done. I doubt I can wait that long so I might do it after day five (just to see). I know at first I will be loosing a lot of water weight and flushing out some junk in my body but I am focused on steady weight loss. If I loose 1.6 pounds a week from now until Christmas I will make my goal! So I am sure that loosing a lot up front will even out with those weeks where I don't loose any. Overall yesterday was a good day- staying positive and moving in the right direction.
