Blew it for August, Better in September?

My goal beginning in August was to lose a pound and a half a week till mid-October. Ha!
I was on form for the first two weeks, then fell away. Badly. I regained what I'd lost plus a pound. So, here we go again. I'm starting my day with 10 minutes of yoga, having a small snack with coffee, letting it 'settle' while I meditate for a bit, then going for a run/walk. AND NO COMPUTER TILL AFTER THE WALK! Period. No Sparking, no email, no eBay, no net surfing. It's too danged easy to sit down for 10 minutes at the computer and not get up for hours and hours and hours. That's what's been sapping my determination to exercise every day.
I *can* do this. I've done it before. I'll do it again. I *have* to.
