It has been TOO long!

This is what I look like now. Even though it has been about 5 years since I have used this site I am still less than what I was when I started.
This is Day 2 for me. Yesterday was Day 1 and I ate about 3/4c of cereal and 2 porkchops and scrambled eggs with red beans, butter beans, and diced tomatoes all mixed together. I did not get any exercise in because I was sick.
So on to Day 2
I work in an office during the day and sit at a desk and do nothing. So my mom made the suggestion of doing a Walk Away The Pounds exercise while I am here. So this morning got a 2 mile walk in and now sitting down to lunch which is 2 pork chops, scrambled eggs with red beans, butter beans, and diced tomatoes in it, and water.
My exercise is going to consist of Hip Hop Abs in the morning when I get up and then 2 miles of WATP at work. My night/weekend job is a cashier in a store and I get to do a bit of moving around with that job so that helps.
