Day two - back to the videos

I did a 20 minute strength training video yesterday and today I did a 10 minute cardio workout... I am now going for my 10 minute walk.

I am starting slow - to rebuild my strength.

Can I just say - I am tired! But the exercise feels GOOD.

I am getting back to it!
