Goal Setting

I just read my friend Nancy's blog in which she sets some very concrete achievable goals for the month of September, and she's inspired me to do the same.

Weight: Lose 3.5 kilos (Current: 111 Target: 107.5)
Exercise: 180 fitness minutes per week, at least 5 km walking per week
Eating behavior: No unplanned evening snacking,
Lay the table and eat dinner undistracted 6xweek
Project: Get online account for access to my Cdn government info
Find out how CPP is handled for non-residents
