need motivation :(

I'm having a really hard time getting back on track. I posted that I was finally back after a months-long absence about a month ago, but then only logged in about twice since then. I've gained back almost all of the weight I lost the first time around and I'm feeling weak-willed and disgusted with myself.
So, in an effort to get back into it, I just joined a 12-week weight loss challenge at work where I am on a team with one of my coworkers. I think the fear of letting someone else down will force me to keep at it. I also moved my workout equipment into my bedroom, so that I'm forced to look at it everyday. I'm hoping that it will remind me to exercise more.
