need motivation :(

I'm having a really hard time getting back on track. I posted that I was finally back after a months-long absence about a month ago, but then only logged in about twice since then. I've gained back almost all of the weight I lost the first time around and I'm feeling weak-willed and disgusted with myself.

So, in an effort to get back into it, I just joined a 12-week weight loss challenge at work where I am on a team with one of my coworkers. I think the fear of letting someone else down will force me to keep at it. I also moved my workout equipment into my bedroom, so that I'm forced to look at it everyday. I'm hoping that it will remind me to exercise more.

    Finding motivation can definitely be really hard sometimes. I find that using a "fake it 'til you make it" approach can help. Even if I don't FEEL motivated, I pretend like I am -- getting up and exercising, eating healthy, basically putting one foot in front of the other -- and eventually my brain catches on and gets motivated. You can do this!

    I know the feeling! I've really been struggling with getting back on track and staying there! You can do it! Just make small adjustments as you go and pretty soon everything will become a habit.
