    I've recently jumped on the chia seed wagon. I really like it mixed in with my greek yogurt and granola! Your recipe sounds delicious. Will definitely give that a shot tomorrow!

    Breakfast is the most important... I have found that what really keeps me going is Oatmeal, raisins, ground flax with a touch of cinnamon and stevia. Keeps me full longest.
