It's week's loss is 3.1 pounds for a total of 20.3 down! Not bad for 6 weeks!
I did try to focus on more positive things this week. If I had a bad day I told myself tomorrow would be better then planned to make it that way.
Exercise is still a challenge. I don't make time for myself or if I do it's when I'm already tired and would rather just go to bed and that's what wins. I don't have anything I particularly enjoy doing. I have a few things I don't hate but nothing I really like :)
