Okay, a little rambly, but hopefully with more pertinent information. Please flood the comments with questions! I have no idea what I'm doing here so feel free to request more (or less) information!

    I'm always interested in every day life of spark persons, because of overall variety of tastes and energy put into creating a healthy life style. Me- a take out burger every three months, and minced variety meats on silly mini pizza a coupe of times a month but I am not fond of meats since my work in the 1980s meat department of a popular grocery store
    What your reaction is to any little change interests me too.

    Sounds VERY funny to me that they advise to eat red meat for 3 days! Yuck. (I'm a vegetarian, I wouldn't go for that, ever. In my perspective it's NOT healthy to eat meat!).
    Have you read the book Eat to Live - you might enjoy the ideas it offers. It's a plant based program. There's a team for Eat To Live here at SP that's quite helpful.

    That will be a very nice challenge to you to stick to your own preferences with food and not go along with your husband. I bet that if you serve clean meals he may start liking them more, too. Or not, and that would be fine too.

    I think it's great you're going to do this and I hope you'll enjoy the juicing and the preparation. You're definitely going to learn lots.

    Love your presentation of the fruits and vegetables. GOOD FOR YOU for writing out the recipies in advance. I learned the hard way that this is a very good idea.
