did you miss me?

hello friends,

i know it has been a while since i posted something but i can say that i have been working out. i am down from 355 to 308. i just accomplished a goal yesterday of riding my bike across the city (28.25 miles). so all i can say is keep moving forward friends.

    Congratulations! Glad to hear it. I don't know what kind of bike you have, but unless it's a touring or racing bike, 30 miles is pretty good. We used o ride two Fuji touring bikes on the long ride every Sunday - 40 miles in the spring, and up to 70 miles in the late summer. But riding that far makes your feet really hurt, and takes a long time. It was harder riding a mountain bike.
