No more pity party.

I have awaken this morning with an outlook of no more pity party. I have one more week of this monitor I have on but things have been going fine and I have only pushed the button twice. I agree that I think it was only my blood pressure causing my problem. Since taking only 1/2 a pill I have been feeling fine. The right hip/back acts up sometimes but that is to be expected. I have been getting out and walking in the early morning for at least a mile if not more. Now to just get the eating under control.
The last few days it has cooled down a lot and now almost need to wear sweaters, especially in the evening. The hay fever is also starting to act up. We had a great Labor Day weekend. Daughters was home from Wisconsin for a visit. Haven't seen them since April. We had a cookout at his side of the family, played games(beanbags & ladderball) and then sat around a bonefire in the evening before heading home. So nice to relax and caught up.
For those just starting school, have a good year. Our school has been going for two weeks and we had our first football game last Friday. Grandson doesn't play that, so just have to wait for the basketball season to start for him. But that doesn't stop us from going to the games since son coaches. We will be going out to Wisconsin the end of October for the grandsons play . I can ride but we have to stop off and on to stretch my hip out. Just means the ride will take longer. In a week , we will head up north to Milac Lake for a wedding and will see family on hubbys side that we haven't seen for awhile. Since it is a few hours away we will make it a 4 day event.
Well, now on to a positive attitude and work on getting what weight I have put back on plus more. It has just put me into the "sorry for me" mood and that has to stop. Hubby is an eater and just understand the struggle. He is a great guy and does alot of the house work around here and treats me like a queen. I couldn't ask for better, but doesn't help when it comes to the weight.
Happy to fall to all, and I will try to get on more and keep up with your daily routines. With Gods help we will all make improvements and move forward in our quest.
