Cinnamon Roll Shake

Just had to share because it was so delicious. I sucked this baby down in under a minute it was so good.
-Unsweetened almond milk
-1 cup frozen cauliflower (Eat those veggies people! You can't taste it in here, just makes the shake more creamy. I like to keep my sugar low later in the day or I could use nanas)
-massive amounts of cinnamon or cheat like I did and add cinnamon roll frosting flavoring
Look how happy it looks. Like its on vacation. It is actually sitting on my balcony while I watched the labor day traffic down on the highway bellow.
