What a day!!

Monday, September 02, 2013

We had a "usual" summer storm today!! Thunder and Lightning and pouring rain!! When you hear thunder loud enough that the roof tiles shake!! It is kind of scary, but at least you know that it will end soon; it usually does down here in Southern Florida!! AND, you don't have to shovel rain, that's a good thing!! But I didn't get to go out because you can't even see enough of the road to keep driving during the rain. So, I just played on my computer....that's what I did today!! Now off to find something "gruesome" for dinner.

TOMORROW, GROCERY SHOPPING!!!! (and maybe that haircut I've been threatening to get)

Yeah, we had a storm like that yesterday, and the power was out for quite a while into the evening!

We had a couple of heavy downpours (with lightning and thunder) here in NE Ohio today, too. I love hearing the rain hit the roof and windows but could do without the booms and lightshow!

I hate those kind of storms!!! We had a big one go through early this afternoon that caused flooding in many places since it came down so hard and so fast. Even the cats didn't like it even though there wasn't any thunder.

Hope you can find something good to eat!!!

I live in Central Florida and we had some pretty good storms the last few days. Sometimes the thunder gets so loud that the walls in the house vibrate. If I get caught driving when one of the storms pops up, I just pull over until it passes. As for the lightning, I don't even go near the windows or use water. Have a blessed day my friend.
