Do What Works

1) Perform daily yoga and/or meditation
WHY? Because it helps me stay centered and focused on my body (physical presence)

2) Walk or jog daily
WHY? Because of the endorphin release which enhances mood and mental focus.

3) Revisit Goals daily
WHY? Because the more my goals remain in the forefront of my mind, the more likely I am to achieve them. Like a form of visualization, this constant reminder of what I am doing and why is like retraining my brain. Need to keep my EYE (mind's eye) on the PRIZE.

4) Visualize myself already successful.
WHY? Because the body will follow where the mind leads.

Most of these points have to do with mental, mind work as I have a tough time staying focused. A little ADD I suppose. Knowing what works and then implementing it is the key.
