Another step backward -- I am up another pound this week. From the looks of my legs, it is mostly water retention. I'm still on the salty food kick. Gotta kick that one to the curb.
Goals from last week --
Drink the water. -- Did fine with this.
Keep the exercise streak going. -- Am up to day 243 today. Got in at least half an hour of gardening (weed pulling).
Work on the sleep issue. --- This is not going too well. Actually, it is going horribly. I don't get to bed early enough and then it takes a long time to get to sleep.
Mow the darned yard!!! Got this mostly done, I still have some to do under a tree that needs its branches trimmed so that it doesn't snag me when I mow under it. Also got some weeds pulled.
So for next week ---
Drink the water.
Keep the exercise streak going.
Work on the sleep issue.
Finish mowing the yard after trimming the tree.
