September goals

This month's goals are:
1) Eat clean 6 days a week
2) Lose 2-3 lbs
3) Lose another 2 inches off my waist and 2 off my arms
4) Get 1800 fitness minutes
5) No eating after 7 pm

I set these goals not only because I want to lose the last 15 lbs but also to practice some self discipline especially the last goal. I really want to cut down on late night eating. I am really determined to reach my goal and I know I can. GIVING UP IS NOT AN OPTION!!!! emoticon
