mastering the eating out thing...

we've been eating out more lately - just on the go, doing summer things.

But I seem to have a handle on it. And I think it's mainly because I actually *gasp* recognize hunger now!

Shared a bento box with my daughter today, tons of food and we didn't even finish it - came home and logged it, and it was perfectly within calories. yay me!

Probably too salty, lots of reasons why eating at home is better, but all in all a good choice and good portion control.

I feel great, and less worried about eating out. When I first started Sparking I really thought I would never be able to eat out again :)

Hope you're all enjoying a fantastic long weekend - evil nutrigrain bars are gone so I'm back on track again :)

    Knowing your hunger signal is very important, especially when eating out a lot. Congrats on making this realization!

    I am working on eating out as well. For me it is about planning ahead and deciding what I am eating ahead of time.

    Yes eating out is so tempting, but as long as you work it in and add a little more activity, you are good.
