A Successful Sunday

So far, today has been a very productive day. I've managed to plan my meals for the week and cook last week's veggies before they went bad.

This week's menu includes:
. Thai Chicken
. Chicken Pad Thai
. Zpaghetti and meatballs
. Chicken Stir Fry
. Shrimp Scampi (made with coconut milk)
. Egg Foo Yung
. Chicken Curry
. Several different hot plates

I just need to pick up a few things from the store to make sure that we will be all set for the week. The plan is to cook everything today then reheat when it's meal time.

It's going to be a very busy week! I start a new gym membership, K starts a new school semester AND it's our one year anniversary! Excited and exhausted. So glad tomorrow is Labor Day!
