September Goals

I have a hard time believing that today is September 1st already! I have had this goal blog on my mind for a couple days already but just now had the time (and clear mind) to sit down and write it out.

So one of the bigger goals I've had for myself that's been in the back of my mind for a while is to reach onederland by my birthday in January. That means I have.....

4 months, 3 weeks, and 4 days

Total Days:147

Total Weeks:21 reach my goal. That's roughly 65 pounds to go.

As far as goals for September, this is what is on my mind:

emoticon Drink at least one Nalgene (32oz) bottle of water per day.
emoticon Stick to a Paleo/Whole 30 lifestyle.
emoticon Lose 12 pounds.
emoticon Exercise at least 5 out of 7 days a week.
emoticon Finish at least one of my craft projects.
emoticon Learn different coping methods that don't involve food or SI.
emoticon Keep working on a routine to avoid sleeping too much or not getting in exercise.
emoticon Start BLC 23 out STRONG and STREAKING!
