Been down for so long. The only way now is up!

Well, here I am weighing in at the biggest weight I've EVER been at. 309. WOW. Never ever ever thought I'd be here! Big....again. I can really tell by my clothes obviously and now my poor ankles, etc. that its time. It's just time.

My work is extremely hectic. I sit for approx. 9 hours a day in the Human Services field. I then come home to what some days seems like 2nd shift where I help with homework, cook, pick up the house. Then back on the couch. My ankles swell everyday but the swelling does go down when I put them up and they are little when I first get out of bed.

My water drinking is horrible! I'm not in good health. I've been having tummy discomfort because I know I'm not eating right.

I've been eating out 2 times daily most days. Well, today it stops.

I began the morning with Cheerios and skim milk. I then made a turkey sub for lunch with soup. I've began drinking more water today. I'll be exercising with Walk Away the Pounds today. I am invited to a cookout and I already have a plan. Hamburger no bun so that way I can have some potato salad. Back to basics.

I've lost lots of weight before so I know I can do this! I'm looking forward to getting back into the swing of things and get my life back.

    You can do it!
I have been doing really terrible. Not sure what's going on with me, but I'm sure going to do my best today to commit. One day at a time, that's all we can promise ourselves. Congrats to you for making that choice.
