Day 26 - Red Lobster sunk me....

Saturday, August 31, 2013

I went out to dinner with my boyfriend's parents and my daughter tonight. I should have done the nutrition research before ordering. Cheddar biscuits are completely, ridiculously, stupidly high in fat and calories. At 160 calories a piece and 13 grams of fat I shouldn't of eaten one let alone two! My grand caloric total was 1000 just for dinner. What!?!?!?!? Looks like I will be starting off my day tomorrow with some hardcore cardio.

Tomorrow is my Labor Day party for my friends and family. I will be cooking and preparing for the party until mid afternoon, then enjoying myself after that. To all my spark friends, enjoy the rest of your weekend and have a great Labor Day.

Yes, Red Lobster can be "deceitful." You think you are eating "healthy" until you see the numbers. This is one time that I do try to live by the numbers...unlike the numbers on the scale.

One day won't ruin everything you've accomplished and you have a game plan so all is good.

Eating out is a HUGE challenge. But don't beat yourself up. We all slip and slide once in a while.

Those biscuits are ridiculous as in delicious! I picked a few small pieces and slowly savored it and then poured vinegar on the rest so I wouldn't be tempted. You are not sunk though. Log it and move on. Have sale did party tomorrow!
