I swore I'd never join a gym, but...

Sunday, May 06, 2007

Well, I guess theres a first time for everything. I have a little area set up for working out at home, at it seems to sever me just fine. Even my husband started using his gigantic rowing machine again after watching me get busy for a few weeks. What really did it for me was a change in my wor schedule - I run around the city everyday with a fluid ever changing schedule and only 4 annual deadlines. I joined a gym with toms of locations all over town that I can go to anytime I want. Now I go to classes and to train during the day, which gives me daily deadlines for mini goals. I'm hoping it's going to keep me more organized and productive at work, and also give me a ohysical release which I am always hungry for. Here's hoping it works!!

haha, yeah gyms are pretty addictive once you start and I've noticed that too, since I started gymming it people around me become more self concious of their own exercising, its like everyone gets a good kick up the butt.
