September goals

Hmm I have never been great with goals other then pounds lost BUT I want to change this. SOO here I go!

Weight loss Goal

5 pounds that is 1 1/4 a pound a week


FitBit Steps (new to me may change)

10,000 Steps 3 times a week
12,000 Steps 2 times a week

Run 1 time a week

Sit ups on ball 50 5 times a week

MORE VEGGIES 5 servings a day 5 times a week

I think this is a great start. Lets see how I do! (:

I CAN DO THIS!!! (: 170's here I come ready or not body your moving an shaking (:

    Best of luck!! Just post your goals or look at them everyday and you will lose those 5 lbs in the snap of a finger with the goals you have.
