ALMOST down 10

WOO HOO I am almost down 10 pounds since I decided that enough was enough and I was READY to change my lifestyle when it came to food. I am feeling a LOT better and starting to feel the difference. No one has really noticed much but that is okay not doing for any but myself (: My current goal is to be under 175 by October 11. That is 6 weeks away. I am at 181.8 right now so that is 1.13 pounds a week. VERY doable. I am excited to also challange myself with my FIT BIT too. I think my activity will increase as well taking the 6.8 pounds AND squashing it (: WOO HOO
I feel the spark and love the energized feeling
