If it's not working, then it's time for a change

When I failed to make my latest goal for my weight loss, I reset my goal. I also linked my nutrition to my fitness (an option Spark gives us). Well I have to say, the scales went up. Obviously this isn't working.
So I am resetting my goal again to a tighter time frame and in the process I am lowering my maximum allowed calories. I need to be tougher on myself. I did not like the number on the scale this morning. After a week of vacation with lots and lots of exercise and good eating choices I should have seen a loss. I didn't.
SO reevaluating and hoping that I see progress soon.
