Although I did not do an Insanity workout today I and still moving along on the calander. I taught an early morning circuit class at 6am and followed it up by teaching a standard class at 830am. I had to be at work at 11am. I technically could have squeezed an Insanity workout in before going in but really? I think I did enough :)

Food was again good. I love how eating high protein and veggies is keeping me full and stable for so much longer. At the end of the night I did have some gin mixed in mineral water and a plate of some beautiful salmon that was made for me. It was so good! I did pass on all sugary treats offered to me. I bagged up a couple things that would have been rude to say no to and gave them to my boyfriend. Problem solved!

Tomorrow morning I am setting the alarm to get my Insanity in and take some pics! You've got to know where you are to plan where you are going!

I agree that you did enough in the workout department! emoticon I have to just convince myself to get out of bed at 6 am to do my workouts, but to have to teach a class at that time in the morning?! Yeah.. I don't know how motivating I would be haha. You are awesome to have the energy to teach not one but two classes that early in the morning!

You definitely did great with your food choices yesterday! I'll take stuff home too when it's offered and you're in one of those situations where refusing it would not be looked upon too kindly... Luckily I have 2 boys who would enjoy that kind of stuff! emoticon

I used to hate taking "before" photos when starting a program, but to actually see how far you've come at the end of a program, you need to see what you were like before! Can't wait to read more about your Insanity journey! emoticon
