Freshman 15 on a 35 year old junior?

I'm only taking one class, but the stress is really affecting my diet. The class itself isn't that stressful. It's merely the straw that broke the camel's back. I have all this other stress in my life (mainly from trying to deal with my M.S.), so this class is just feeling like too much. I don't want to quit my class or my diet, so something is going to have to give. I need to break the stress-eat cycle.
One good thing is I have been trying new healthy foods and liking it. I think things might also get a little easier when the kids go back to school all day.
