Progress so far:
I've logged in to SP every day and I put the SP app on my new phone so all my food has been logged for 8/27-8/28 (so far so good for today too) - I have to say just being aware of where i'm at throughout the day really inspires me to make better choices. I think consistenly tracking food will be my #1 way to get back on track with my goals.
I have not weighed and measured yet... I need to do that ASAP (I will probably wait until Saturday as I'm usually in a time crunch on weekday mornings and there's no way i'm doing my official weigh in at night!)
I have not read any of the Spark Solution yet. I will carve out some time for that tomorrow evening.
GOALS for 8/27-9/3:
Log all food for 5 of the next 7 days - i need to more accountable to myself for what I'm eating... then I can try to weed out some bad habits I've formed and re-intorduce the good.
Read at least 2 chapters of the spark solution - I bought this book when it came out hoping it would motivate me to get back on track. But I never even opened it!
Weigh and measure myself (and log it on SP) so I have an accurate idea of where I'm starting over from.
